Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. The service

Pastlume restores and, if you choose, colorizes digital copies of photographs you upload, using automated image-editing AI. You must sign in before buying or restoring. Your photos and purchases are linked to your account until their expiry dates. You buy one photo or a pack before restoration starts. Once the result is ready, you can compare a reduced-size preview with your original before downloading. Unlocking the full-resolution file of that same result, without watermark, takes one photo from your pack. You can then download it. The file dimensions are shown before you unlock it.

Results are automated interpretations. Colors added to black-and-white photos are plausible, not historically accurate. In damaged areas the AI may produce details that were not in the original. You are responsible for checking the preview before downloading.

3. Offers and prices

• Single photo: $1.49 for 1 photo.
• Family pack: $5.99 for 5 photos.
• Album pack: $11.90 for 12 photos.

Prices are in US dollars. [Tax treatment to be defined: state whether prices include tax and how taxes are shown at checkout for each market served.] Payment is made once through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Photos in a pack can be used within 12 months of purchase. Using a photo means unlocking one result of your choice. Downloading the same result again is free. A different version of the same photo (for example the softer version) is a separate result. [Validate the validity period and the treatment of unused photos for each market.]

4. Delivery

Restoration starts after payment is confirmed, or uses an available photo from a pack you already bought. Once processing is complete, the preview appears on the result page and in My photos. You can then unlock the full-resolution file for download using one photo from your pack. Files are kept 30 days after unlocking a result, then deleted: please save your copy.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

7. Your photos

You confirm you have the right to upload the photos you submit. You keep all your rights on your photos and on the results. We use them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
